Accommodation Terms and Conditions
- Scope
- Article 1

- The accommodation contract (including day-trip use contract; the same applies below) and related contracts that Rembrandt Cabin & Spa Shinbashi (hereinafter referred to as "this hotel") enters into with guests (including day-trip guests; the same applies below) shall be governed by these terms and conditions, and any matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws, regulations, or generally established practices.
- If this hotel enters into a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws, regulations, or practices, the special agreement shall take precedence, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
- Application for accommodation contract
- Article 2

- Anyone who intends to apply for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel must provide the Hotel with the following particulars:
- Name of guest (applicant)
- Gender of guest
- Date of stay and expected check-in time
- Contact details
- Other details deemed necessary by the hotel
- Anyone who intends to apply for an Accommodation Contract with the Hotel must provide the Hotel with the following particulars:
- Establishment of the accommodation contract
- Article 3

- The accommodation contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the hotel accepts the application. However, this shall not apply when the hotel proves that it did not accept the application.
- Refusal to enter into an accommodation contract
- Article 4

- The Hotel may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract under any of the following circumstances:
- When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions
- When the accommodation is fully booked and there are no capsule units available
- When the person requesting accommodation is clearly deemed to be carrying an infectious disease
- When the person requesting accommodation is likely to engage in gambling or other illegal activities or acts that disrupt public morals
- When the person requesting accommodation is deemed to be intoxicated or otherwise likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests
- When the person requesting accommodation is deemed to cause significant inconvenience to other guests When the guest behaves in a manner that is unreasonable or unreasonable.
- (1) When the guest is a member of an organized crime group as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Law Concerning the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Law No. 77 of 1991), a member of an organized crime group as defined in Paragraph 6 of the Law Concerning the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group member"), a semi-regular member of an organized crime group or a related person of an organized crime group or other antisocial force, or a person who has not yet passed five years since the day on which he/she ceased to be an organized crime group member, (2) When the guest is a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group, or (3) when the guest is a corporation whose directors include a person who is a member of an organized crime group.
- When the guest makes violent demands in relation to the accommodation or is asked to assume a burden that exceeds a reasonable range.
- When the guest is unable to provide accommodation due to a natural disaster, breakdown of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons
- When the guest falls under any other case stipulated by the ordinance of the prefecture in which the hotel is located and to which it applies
- The Hotel may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract under any of the following circumstances:
- Guest's Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract
- Article 5

- Guests may cancel their accommodation contract by notifying the Hotel.
- If a guest does not arrive by midnight on the day of their stay without contacting the Hotel, the Hotel may consider the accommodation contract to have been cancelled by the guest and process the cancellation accordingly.
- If a guest cancels the accommodation agreement due to reasons attributable to the guest, a penalty will be charged as follows:

- Right to Cancel Contract by the Hotel
- Article 6

- The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract under any of the following circumstances:
- When the guest is deemed likely to commit or has committed acts that violate the provisions of law, public order, or good morals in relation to his/her stay
- When the guest is clearly deemed to be carrying an infectious disease
- When the guest behaves in a manner that significantly inconveniences other guests
- When the guest is a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a semi-regular member of an organized crime group, or a person related to an organized crime group or other anti-social force
- When the guest is a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group
- When the guest is deemed to be a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group
- When the guest is deemed to be a corporation or other organization that is not ... When a person who is a member of a criminal organization is a member of a criminal organization.
- When violent demands are made in relation to accommodation, or when an unreasonable burden is requested.
- When accommodation cannot be provided due to a force majeure such as a natural disaster.
- When a guest smokes outside of the designated smoking area (including electronic cigarettes), tampers with firefighting equipment, or does not comply with the prohibitions of the hotel's rules of use (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).
- When a case falls under any other case stipulated by the ordinances of the applicable prefecture in which the hotel is located.
- When the Hotel has cancelled the Accommodation Contract in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Hotel shall not charge the Guest for any accommodation services etc. which he has not yet received.
- The Hotel may cancel the Accommodation Contract under any of the following circumstances:

- The Guest will be required to register the following particulars at the Hotel front desk on the day of accommodation:
- The guest's name, address, sex, age, and occupation
- If the guest is a foreigner not residing in Japan, the guest's nationality and passport number
- Departure date
- Any other information deemed necessary by the hotel
- If the guest wishes to make the payment under Article 11 by a means other than currency, such as a voucher or credit card, he/she shall present such in advance at the time of registration under the preceding paragraph.
- The Guest will be required to register the following particulars at the Hotel front desk on the day of accommodation:
- Capsule unit usage time
- Article 8
- Guests may use the capsule unit from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following morning. Even if you are staying for consecutive nights, you will not be able to use the unit between 10:00 and 3:00 p.m.
- Observance of the rules of use

- While within the premises of the Hotel, Guests shall observe the Usage Regulations established by the Hotel and posted within the Hotel, as well as any other notices and instructions.
- Opening times

- The opening hours of the main facilities of our Hotel are as follows:
- Front desk service: 12:00 to 10:00 the next morning
- Bathroom area (including sauna): 12:00 to 9:45 the next morning (last entry at 9:00)
- Coworking space: 12:00 to 10:00 the next morning
- The hours set out in the preceding paragraph may be subject to temporary change due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you by appropriate means.
- The opening hours of the main facilities of our Hotel are as follows:

- Payment of accommodation fees etc. shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use.
- Even if the Hotel has provided the Guest with a capsule unit and it is available for use, and the Guest chooses not to stay, the accommodation fee will still be charged.
- Liability of the Hotel

- If the hotel causes damage to a guest in the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the accommodation contract and related agreements, the hotel will compensate for the damage. However, this does not apply when the damage is not attributable to the hotel.
- The hotel has taken out hotel liability insurance to deal with the unlikely event of a fire, etc.
- Handling when contracted capsule units cannot be provided

- If the Hotel is unable to provide the guest with the contracted capsule unit, it shall, with the guest's consent, arrange alternative accommodation under the same conditions as far as possible.
- If the Hotel is unable to arrange alternative accommodation, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it shall assume the amount of the penalty charge set forth in Article 5, Paragraph 3 as compensation for damages owed to the guest and pay this to the guest. However, if the Hotel is unable to provide the guest room due to reasons beyond the Hotel's control, the Hotel shall not pay compensation.
- Handling when contracted capsule units cannot be provided

- Guests are responsible for managing any items, cash or valuables they bring into the hotel.
- The hotel shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or other damage caused to items, cash or valuables brought into the hotel by guests, except in cases of deliberate or gross negligence on the part of the hotel.
- Guest baggage

- The hotel does not accept luggage of guests. Guests are responsible for managing their luggage.
- The hotel shall not be held responsible for any damages such as theft, loss, or damage to the luggage of guests.
- If a guest's luggage or belongings are left behind at the hotel after checking out, the hotel will deal with the matter according to the contact and instructions from the owner. If there are no instructions from the owner or the owner cannot be identified, the hotel will store the items for 7 days including the day they are found, and then dispose of them or deliver them to the appropriate authorities. However, food and drink will be disposed of on the same day.
- Liability of the Guest

- When the Hotel suffers damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the Guest, the Guest will compensate the Hotel for the damage.
- Disclaimer

- The use of computer communications from within the Hotel is at the customer's own risk. The Hotel shall not be held liable for any damage suffered by the user as a result of service interruptions caused by system failures or other reasons during the use of computer communications. Furthermore, if damage is caused to the Hotel or a third party as a result of actions that the Hotel deems inappropriate when using computer communications, the customer shall compensate for such damage.
