Starting from Saturday, February 1, 2025, our hotel's cancellation policy will be changed to the following regulations for new reservations.
All of our staff will continue to strive to further improve our skills and services in order to provide even greater customer satisfaction.

Please note that if you make a reservation through a source other than our direct reservation (such as an online travel agency), the cancellation policy will be different.
※Depending on when you make your reservation, the previous cancellation policy may be displayed. In that case, the displayed cancellation policy will apply.
※The percentage is the ratio of the penalty to the basic accommodation fee.
※If the number of contract days is shortened, a penalty for one day (the first day) will be charged regardless of the number of days shortened.
