「Lion Sauna」

The lion is the "king of beasts" and symbolizes strength and the sun. This strong tower sauna has a high temperature of about 110℃, with temperature, humidity, and conditions that are lion-level. It is equipped with an auto loyly system, and about 100 sauna stones store and release heat. In addition to the lion loyly that takes place every 30 minutes, you can sweat like crazy with a scorching hot Aufguss by the Aufgiesser.

Sharpen your fangs.

「Meditation sauna」

Mindfulness is the way of rest for a capable man. The two heaters, a Bona heater and a self-loulu heater, provide a gentle heat of about 95°C. Release tension in the mind and body by listening to original healing background music in the dark. Focusing on the present moment brings a deep relaxation effect to the brain. Pursuing the question "Who am I?" thoroughly.

Face yourself and hone your mind.

Strong cold water bath

Men are single. The cold water below 10℃ is cold enough to freeze the whole body. The shower you take right after the sauna is like rain showering on the savanna. After the bath, you can experience alternating cold and cold baths by immersing yourself in a cold water bath, and the ultimate pleasure awaits you at the end of the groaning temperature difference.

Train your mind.

14~16°Cの「冷」水風呂

Weak cold water bath

A classic cold water bath at about 17℃. Minerals are replenished with mild alkaline water, thanks to the effects of binchotan charcoal. If you stay still while bathing, the water on the surface of your skin will gradually warm up due to your body being hot right after the sauna, creating a hagoromo (a film of intermediate temperature) that will gradually cool you down.

Keep your enthusiasm.

「熱」がコンセプトの高温風呂

Hot water

A man should stay quiet while bathing in a hot bath. It is said that in the Edo period, it was considered stylish to enter a hot bath of about 50 degrees Celsius without any fuss. This bath is set to a strong temperature of about 44 degrees Celsius, following the traditional culture while adapting to the tastes of modern people. This temperature range stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, elevating both the body and mind.

Burn your soul and show off.

「温」がコンセプトの中温風呂

Hot water

Warm water at about 40℃. Because the temperature is less stimulating, the parasympathetic nervous system is dominant, which is expected to have a relaxing effect. Furthermore, it is said that heat shock proteins, which repair cells, increase with a bath at 40℃ for about 20 minutes, which is expected to improve the quality of sleep and boost immunity.

Increase your self-healing abilities.
